Roller Mills Shield Final Decided Tomorrow
(Special.) AUCKLAND. This Day. The Auckland provincial primary schools’ Rugby tournament for the Roller Mills Shield was continued yesterday. Results in the third round were:—• A Section.—Northland 15 (tries by Rameka, 2; Waipouri, Gervan, and a penalty by Toia), Waipa 0; Thames Valley, 8 (try by Hillman, converted by Stabler, and a penalty by Stabler), City Central, 3 (try by Flavell). B Section: Waikato, 9 (tries by Bourke 2, and Burmister), South Auckland, 8 (try by McMillan, converted by Liddle, and a penalty goal by Liddle); City East, 6 (try by Keith and a penalty goal by Chellew), City North, 3 (try by Keith). Thames Valley won the A section and City East the B section. These teams will contest the final as the second curtain-raiser to the North v.. South match at Eden Park at 12.30 tomorrow.
Points scored by the various teams were: —Thames Valley, City East, 6; City North, Northland, 4; City Central, Waikato, 2; South Auckland, Waipa, 0.
