Explosives Plant Fire

(Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 20. British authorities suspect that sabotage caused two mysterious fires in the huge Nobel explosives plant at Geesthacht, near Hamburg. British Military Government authorities, pending an investigation, excluded all civilian employees. The plant wa‘s damaged by an R.A.F. raid last April and is not now used for production, but it contains a vast Quantity . of explosives. German chemists have been employed to assist officials in sorting the explosives.
