(Rec. 1 p.m.) NEW YORK. Dec. 1. Tokio broadcasts indicate that SuperFortresses have inflicted heavy damage in Tokio, says the United Press. The Premier (Koiso). promised immediate aid to bombed-out householders. School hours have been shortened, children leaving at; 11 a.m.
