Brussels Again Quiet
(Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 30 All is quiet in Brussels today after all tramway workers resumed duties, says Reuter’s Brussels correspondent. The transport system is agaiq normal. There are no crowds and no antiGovernment slogans visible in the streets.
