Letters Reach Bangkok Prisoners-Of-War
(8.0. W.) RUGBY, Nov. 19 A post office official stated on Satuiday that according to a report from Bangkok, some 2000 letters from Britain, various Empire countries, and the united Slates, were delivered to civilian internees in Bangkok in July. Although letters appear to have been delivered occasionally in the past, this is the largest, delivery yet made at a civilian internment camp. Prisoners of war in Siam have been receiving correspondence for more than a year.
