Peace Organisation
WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 A meeting of United States Roman Catholic bishops advocated an international peace organisation of all nations, large and small, strong and weak, in which no member is permitted to sit m judgment on its own case. It also proposed a world court, with lull judicial authority, “It would be useless to establish a court and then make its decisions subject to. the discretion of an international organisation.” Any country retusing to submit disputes to the court should be punished as an outlaw.
