Mrs. E. Stanscll, who was formerly teaching at Batley, Orauin and Kaukapakapa, is relieving at the Kaikohc native school.

The death has occurred at Hamilton of Mrs. W. B. Lumsden, mother of Mr. James Lumsden. a former resident of Oakleigh, but now of Wellington. Mr. Lumsden was an employee of the Railway Department, and was stationed at Oakleigh prior to his li-moval to Wellington.
