(■Received 1 p.m.) (8.C.W.) RUGBY, April 26.

“There is not the slightest question of cession of British territories, not the slightest,” said Mr Churchill, in the House of Commons, replying to a question calling attention to the recommendation of a Committee of the United States House of Representatives for permanent possession of bases leased from Britain.

Mr Churchill added: “Tire House may rest assured that there has been no developments calling for review by the Government or the House of the existing positiion in this matter, which remains -.unchanged."
