An ordinance for the organisation of public powers in France, winch w.ll shortly he published, provides for a meeting of the National Constitution'll Assembly, to be held, at. the latest, one year after the total liberation of French territory, an agency correspondent: at Algieii states.
Meanwhile the present Consultative As semblv will go to France and be transformed into a provisional represenlalivassembly. This will be accomplished by elections held in each department. The National Committee of Liberation will hand over its powers to this assembly, which will elect, a president for the provisional Government.
