At 12 years (and over) At I year— I ounce. At 7 years —IA ounces. At 9 years —2 ounces. Our ration provides for about 6 ounces daily. It allows for bone, gristle and fat and still leaves plenty for health. Meat is a main source of PROTEIN, which makes children grow, and repairs and renews the body.
