Second Trial Acquittal
(P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH This Day. The retrial of William Mullally of Stratford, on a charge of negligent driving causing the death of Peter J. S. Woods. 14, of Johnsonville. resulted in acquitted of accused in the Supreme Court. Peter Woods who was riding a bicycle, was struck near Nonnnnby by Mullally 's truck travelling in the same direction.
The jury disagreed at the original trial
