Hoover Wants “Front Of Human Decency”
NEW YORK. Feb. 21
Addressing a rally ex-Presidcnt Herbert Hoover called on the Allies to open a “front of human decency” and solicit the Swiss and Swedish Governments to use idle neutral ships to transport food from South America to Europe in order to feed starving populations in German-occupied countries.
