Australian List (Rec. 2.30.) CANBERRA, This Day. Only members of the defence services share in the Commonwealth list of King’s Birthday honours. The highest honour was that of C.B. conferred on Brigadier F. R. North. In the Victorian list, knighthoods were conferred on the Lord Mayor of Melbourne (Councillor F. J. A. Beaurepaire) and Mr H. H. Olney, M.L.C.
