£3OOO Bequest To One Anglican Church

A handsome bequest to the Church of England is made in the will of the late Mr. John Manning, who died at Rawene on April 15. The will directs that the estate, the net value of which is estimated at approximately £3OOO, wili be held and invested by the Public Trustee, who is.appointed executor and trustee, for a period of 21 years and the income earned added to the capital for the purpose of purchasing a suitable central, site in One, near Rawene. upon which to erect, furnish and equip an Anglican Church and also to provide investments, the income from which is to be used towards payment of the stipend of the Minister appointed to the Church to be erected.
