Buying demand remained steady on the Auckland Stock Exchange today, and there were few price changes in a moderate turnover. Australian stocks had a better tone, and there were more sellers of these in the market. Quotations were firm for Government loans and a wide range of Dominion shares. Sales completed at the noon call today were: N.Z. Insurance £3/12/-; Iv.D.V. boxes 9/11; Martha 9/1.
