American Marines Will Not Return To China
(Rec. 1.30 p.m.) SHANGHAI, Nov. 13 Colonel Howard, commander of the Fourth Marines, said it was unlikely that United States marines will ever return to China since America has officially announced the surrender of extra territorial rights in China when peace is restored. The marines from China will probably go to Manila.
