U.S. Given Title To German Ship
(Rec. 1.30 p.m.) SAN JUAN, Nov. 18. A libel order, signed in the Federal District Court, today gave the United States Government a title to the German ship Odenwald, captured by an American cruiser in the Atlantic afterattempts to scuttle. The libel was for salvage, not forfeiture, as the vessel was abandoned when it was seized and taken to Puerto Rico.
