Iraq Breaks With Vichy, Japan
[British Official Wireless] (Rec. noon.) RUGBY, November 18. The report that Iraq has broken off diplomatic relations with Vichy and Japan is confirmed in London, where it is stated that the action was taken quite independently by Iraq as a result of the questionable behaviour of the French and Japanese during the Rashid Ali regime.
