Miss Keatly, ol' Waikino, is spending a fortnight with Miss Jean Cochrane, of View Road. Mr. S. Hayward spent week-end leave from camp with his mother in Hikurangi. Mr. Garton, of Auckland, paid a flving visit to Mr. and Mrs. B. Dobbs, of King Street. Mesdames I. Wedge and M. Wells and Miss A. Coulson. who were admitted to the Whangarei Hosoital as a result of a car accident on the Waipu Road, arc progressing favourably.
