Disappointment At U.S. Labour Policy
NEW YORK, Oct. 24. The Washington correspondent of the “New York Sun" says that growing dissatisfaction with the administration’s labour policy was manifest today as the national defence programme continued to suffer delays and dislocations by strikes. The long-awaited statement yesterday by the Office of Production Management beseeching Labour to make greater use of conciliation and mediation, has only increased the disappointment which prevails in .both the army and navy procurement agencies.
