Co-operation Between British; Hessian Armies

(Rec. noon) LONDON, October 7. Replying to a Parliamentary question, the Secretary for War (Captain Margesson) said the best methods of securing maximum co-operation between the British and Russian armies was being carefully examined with the Soviet authorities, and a proposal that British officers be given an opportunity of personal participation in the war on the Russian front in order to study German tactics at first hand, would be borne in mind. The Minister reminded the house that General MacFarlane, head of the British military mission, had visited the Russian front.
