It was very -pleasing to read in the "Advocate” and elsewhere of the revival of the ancient art of spinning, thereby adding
SPINNING DEMONSTRATION SUGGESTED.
to the muchneeded stocks of knitting wool for patriotic pur-
poses. I would like to suggest, that if some of the skilful ladies would give a public demonstration of the processes used in converting the raw material Into the finished articles it would interest many, and also add to the funds.-—“M. R. R.”
