Increased Dairy Output

IN view of the unfavourable climatic conditions which I accentuated the difficulties of dairy-farmers last year, and 1 contributed very materially to the decrease in output of butter and cheese, it is cheering to hear that the outlook for the industry this year is very much brighter. In nearly every district there has been abundance of grass, and farmers have been able to secure large supplies of hay for use during the winter and early spring. The output of dairy produce has shown a marked recovery, and it is expected that the income from the season's working will be of a very satisfactory nature.
