Hawke’s Bay woolgrowers _ yesterday received £55,000 as their realisation from the secopd Napier wool appraisal. ■,■■■■ There was an entry for the appraisal of 33.558 bales, estimated to average just under £lB a bate, or about one shilling per. lb.

The total realisation from the appraisal was about £576,000, of which about £55,000 has been paid to the growers, the balance representing 5 per cent, of the total, being paid into a suspense account.
