Suspended.—A message from Istanbul says the Lufthansa (German) air service between Sofia and Istanbul has been suspended. The cause of the suspension is reported to be lack of petrol. Survivors. —A message from London says the German radio today announced that four survivors were picked up from British submarines on January 18, including Lieut.-Comman-der Jackson, commander of the Undine. Mines. —A message from Copenhagen says the Danish patrols have destroyed 550 mines since the outbreak of war. The value of these mines was £ 100,080. Wheat.—A message from Ottawa says by an Order-in-Council exports of wheat and other goods to countries adjacent to Germany without license are forbidden. Plot.—-A message from London states that the Berlin wireless announces the Slovakian police have discovered a plot against the State. Ten arrests have been made.
