Third Auckland Wool Appraisal Tomorrow

[Special to “Northern Advocate ”i AUCKLAND, This Day. The third appraisal of wool in Auckland for sale under Britain’s bulk purchase scheme will be commenced tomorrow. About 20,000 bales will be dealt with. During the first appraisal in November, 21.645 bales were handled, compared with 19.294 bales at the second fixture last month.

Good progress is being made with appraisals throughout the Dominion, and, after the coming fixture, about 61,000 bales will have been dealt with in Auckland alone.

At this period last year only about 43,000 bales had passed under the hammer in Auckland.

Offerings for the entire season totalled about 84,000 bales.

“I’M BACK TO BAXTERS”

“ . . . I try most remedies as they come along, but I have never yet found any cough remedy that approaches Baxters Lung Preserver ...” Such tributes are always forthcoming for Baxters unique cough preparation. You can feel “Baxters” doing you good. “Baxters” is full strength, and should be diluted as directed for young children. B 1
