MOSCICKI IN RUMANIA
(Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, September 17. It is reported from Bucharest that President Moscicki; Colonel Beck and other members of the Government are ,at Wlsehnitz, Rumania, and are expected soon at Czernowitz (Gernanti). The Berlin wireless states that The Berlin wireless states that President Moscicki, of Poland, and some members of the Government, ah so members of the British and French embassies, have gone to the frontier town of Cernauti (Czernowitz). This town so far has not been bombed, because it is close to Rumania. Rumanian diplomats in Poland.. informed President Moscicki and his officials that if they entered Rumania they must live in designated places and eschew politics. They added that Polish children and wounded would be sheltered, and Polish officers and soldiers would be disarmed and interned. Many children have reached Cernautf, where all the Polish ministers and also Mesdames Moscicki and Smig-ly-Rydz are staying.
