All Aircraft May Be Requisitioned

Authority for the requisitioning of aircraft is contained in the aviation emergency regulations issued yesterday.
Any aeroplanes, aerodrome, equipment, machinery, plant and other materials, may be requisitioned, purchased, leased or taken possession of for the use of the defence forces.
Provision is made for the payment of compensation to persons affected by the exercise of these powers. The taking of photographs from an aeroplane, and the installation or carriage of any photograph camera in aircraft, is
prohibited without the consent of the Air Board.
