Arab World Behind Britain
(Received noon.) LONDON, September 4. All political parties, including the powerful Wafdists, are unanimously determined to stand by their ally, Britain, to the utmost, says a message from Cairo. They state that the Arab world is “solidly with Britain.” Egypt has severed diplomatic relations with Germany. The Jewish agency in Palestine has called upon all members between the ages of 18 and 50 to register for national service to assist Britain, if wanted.
