Russo - German Military Pact Now?
(Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, September 4. The Tokio correspondent of the United Press of Great Britain states that the Domei News Agency publishes an unconfirmed report that Germany and Russia are planning to *- sign a military alliance. This is designed to settle “various questions in connection with the disposal of Bessarabia and the Dardanelles Straits.”
