Prohibited Immigrant Believed To Be In North
[Special to '‘Northern Advocate”l AUCKLAND, This Day. The Italian, Gennoro Valenzi, aged 44. a prohibited immigrant, who disappeared from the liner Wanganella early on Wednesday afternoon, is believed to bo proceeding North. A man answering the description of Valenzi was reported to have been seen at Taupaki, between Swanson and Kumeu, on Thursday. The police are searching the countryside in the vicinity. It is believed the man might bo proceeding, to the gumfields, where there are fellow-countrymen.
