(Received 1.30 p.m.)' ‘ LONDON, -July 16. “Reynold’s News,” organ of the Cooperative Movement, editorially, says it is now admitted that the • terms upon which New Zealand’s Socialist Government can raise the loan it needs in London will involve either further restrictions of imports, to which the Federation of British Industry will object, or restrictions of New Zealand’s social programme, to which the people of the Dominion will object. ’ New Zealand’s fight, hi short, is against a dictatorship of finance.
