Mrs J. E. McEnnis, formerly of Whangaxei and now of Christchurch, is visiting the district. Mrs McGregor, of Auckland, has been spending 1 a few days as the guest of her sister, Mrs Duncan McLennan. Mrs E. H. Mac Kay, of Remuera, is the guest of Miss A. Lang, of Kamo. Mrs R. H. Matthews and her son Hackney motored through from Kaitaia, .and spent a few days with Mrs A. Peers-Adams, of Maungakaramea taking back their daughter Ronallie who has spent a delightful month s holiday with Elgea Peers-Adams. They returned home last week-end.
