(Received 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 3. As the result of publicity given to cables from New Zealand reporting the development of a “black market" for New Zealand pounds, New Zealand bonds fell sharply. Declines ranged from one to three points. e Banking circles, however, do not believe that there is immediate danger of any default on commercial payments. The situation generally, however, is regarded as Increasingly serious.
