N.Z. Loan Negotiations Mentioned in Commons

Crookrhank, said that ho was unable to add to the answer of the Chancellor of the Exchequer. Sir John Simon, ru June 21. regarding the New Zealand' Finance Minister. Mr Nash’s, loan negotiation Mr Ellis Smith (Labour. Stoke> asked: Is no: most loyal New Zealand worthy of better treatment, from the Government? Captain Crookshank did not reply. Sir John Simon’s statement was that it was not possible to comment until the negotiations were concluded. He w'as, however, able to stale that, no question of a guaranteed loan arose. Mr and Mrs Nash and Mr and Mrs W. J. Jordan will officially visit Dublin.
