The paper adds that he will doubtless see Mr Chamberlain and Lord Halifax, but he had certainly not been summoned to London. Count Raczynski, Polish Ambassador. had a long talk with Lord Halifax, and will fly to Warsaw today to consult Colonel Beck, Foreign Minister.
