French Forces In East
(Received 11.0 a.m.) PARIS. July 3. The Minister for the Colonies, ,M. Georgs; Mandel, states that French Indc-China now has a fully-trained aimy of 100,000 men. A munitions factory is being constructed, also an aviation factory, which will have an output of 150 aeroplanes a year.
