Communists Unsettle People of India

Unrest among the native races in India as 'a result of Communist propagganda, was mentioned by Lieut. L. D. Haling, of the 11th Sikh Regiment, who returned by the Wanganella on leave, as one of the principal presentday troubles in the Eastern Empire. The Communist propaganda Was being spread by young Indians who had been trained in Soviet Russia. There was no sign of Nazi propaganda in that part of India where he had been stationed. His regiment is at present in Bengal,
