McCready Wins
WRESTLING
[Per Press Association. Copyright.! WELLINGTON, This Day. I In fine fettle after an 18 months’ tour abroad, the British Empire champion wrestler, Earl McCready, won his initial bout at Wellington last night. He beat Jack Donovan by a single fall secured in orthodox fashion with a dump and press in the sixth round of a strictly orthodox bout, remarkable for science rather than fireworks.
