Hectically Fortifying Silesian Frontier

WARSAW, June 11. The Peasant Parties’ news agency reports important German troop movements near the Silesian town of Teschen, which Poland acquired after Munich. The Germans are hectically fortifying the frontier. The moves are regarded as an attempt to impress the Czechs with Germany’s strength.

The German official news agency says that Polish frontier police shot dead near Tarnowitz, a German, Erwin Lubetski, aged 22, who was attempting to go to Germany, because he could not find work in Poland.
