Mr. Coates’s Daughter Injured In Motor Accident

[Special to “Northern Advocate ”] DARGAVILLE. This Day.

The Hon. J. G. Coates’s two daughters were motoring in the vicinity of Ruawai saleyards yesterday, when the car left the road and ran into a drain. Miss Iris Coates received a fracture of the wrist and elbow. Miss Pat Coates escaped injury. After the injured girl had received attention from the St. John ambulance officer at Ruawai. Mr W. Aiken took her to the Paparoa Hospital. She was later admitted to the Northern Wairoa hospital at Te Kopuru.
