NEW YORK, May 10. Plans are announced fox' the building of a twin-motor pursuit aeroplane capable of a speed of 400 miles per hour, and carrying a 37-millimetre gun, which will fine 100 one-lb explosive shells a minute. The machine will be capable of destroying, with a single shot, the largest bombers, and it is believed it will be one of the most effective combat aeroplanes yet devised.
