Mr. Savage Replies To Kerikeri Ex Servicemen
[Special to “Northern Advocate ”l KERIKERI, This Day. A letter from the Prime Minister, the lit. Hon. M. J. Savage, was read at the 'annual reunion of the Koriken branch of the R.S.A., stating that hr had had pleasure 3n receiving the resolutions passed at a public meeting convened by the branch at Kerikeii recently, and that he would Wave pleasure in passing them on to the
Government. One of the resolutions was in connection with compulsory military training, of which the meeting had approved.
