[Special to “Northern Advocate ”] DARGAVILLE, This Day. A decision to send a team to Auckland during the Country Week tournament, was made at the annual meeting of the Northern Wairoa Ladies’ Hockey Association. The first matches of the season will commence on Sat-
urday. Election of officers resulted: —Patron, Mrs J. Banks; president, Mrs A. Randall; vice-presidents, Messrs. L. J. Mason and C. H. McKenzie; ground supervisor, King’s Birthday, Messrs. C. Sills and •G. Banks; secretary and treasurer, Miss F. Hansen.
