M.P., had been elected to a seat on the Central Executive of The New Zealand Labour Party wqs made last night by the National Secretary of the party, Mr D. Wilson. M.L.C, Mr Wilson said that the election, held at the recent conference of the Labour Party, had resulted in the reelection of last year’s central oxccu_tive. with the exception of .Mr P. M. Butler, who had not accepted nomination. Mr Lee had been elected .fo the vacant position. There were 45 nominees for the five scats, and the voting in. stances was very close. ' 7
