Kawakawa Town-Planning
Members of the Kawakawa Town Board are considering a town planning scheme, and at their monthly meeting it was decided to wire Mr C. W. Boswell asking him to arrange a visit of the Director of Town Planning. This step arose from a letter from Mr Boswell suggesting that the town is ideally situated and that the time was ripe for planning future expansion. He offered his assistance to the town board for any such effort.
