Whangarei Competition Games
The A and B doubles championships of the Whangarei Croquet Club have reached the finals, in which Mrs T. H. Wilson and Mrs Blanshard will play Mrs Marshall and Mrs Day.
The final section gaines in this championship were played yesterday, when Mrs Wilson and Mrs Blanshard beat Mrs MoPhee and Mrs Rumbal; Mrs Marshall and Mrs Day beat Mrs Harrison and Mrs Stevenson; Mrs Marshall and Mrs Day beat Mrs McPhee and Mrs Rumbal; Mrs Webber and Mrs Gunthorpe beat Mrs Smith and Mrs Mullins. ( v,l f' Play in the B division for the Silver Button continued, when Mrs Staple beat Mrs Smith, and Mrs ‘Whitmore beat Mrs Webber.
