Sixty-five years of married life is the record of Mr and Mrs William Driffill, Waitomaramara, Hokianga, who celebrated this important anniversary last Tuesday. , Married at Middlesbrough, /Yorkshire, England, "Mr and Mrs Driffill came to New Zealand in 1880, settling at Waitomaramara when the district was opened for selection. • The management of their farm has been for several years carried on by a grandson, but, although retired from active life, Mr .and Mrs Driffill still live in their old homestead.
