Moderate Arabs Abstain From Farley

(Received 10 a.m.) CAIRO, January 24.

The Arab delegates to the conference to be held in London, concerning a settlement in Palestine t will leave 'Port Said on Tuesday.

Nasha Shibi, leader of the Moderate National Defence Party, announces that the party will not join the delegation in London, as it refuses to accept the Mufti’s selection of delegates to represent it, one being a sick man unfit to travel and the other being a partisan of the Mufti.

He declared the party’s decision was unanimous and final, and that it also reserved the right to refuse to recognise any arrangement reached in London.
