Last Appeal To Prance Falls On Deaf Kars
(Received 2.30 p.rh.) PARIS, January 23,
Senor del Vayo, the Loyalist delegate to the League of Nations, accompanied by the Spanish ambassador, made a last appeal to the French Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, to help the Loyalists.
After M. Bonnet had reiterated France’s determination to adhere to non-intervention, Senor del Vayo declared his Government would fight to the last.
